Perhaps the greatest question isn't, "What is my purpose?" but "Am I being faithful with what God has already placed in my hands?" A recent coaching conversation stayed with me long after it had ended. The person I was speaking with said, "I'm getting older, and I still don't know what my purpose is." It wasn't the first time I'd heard those words, and I doubt it will be the last. So many of us have asked the same question at some point in our lives. I know I certainly have.
